FORM ATHLETIC X GIRLS LIFT GIRLS: WANNA HYROX?
Hopping onto the Hyrox Trend, we wanted our girls to also get a feel of what it is to be a Hybrid Rockstar! Led by expert trainers Andrew Farley and Cam Taylor, our recent 1-hour HYROX-style workout was designed to give everyone a feel for HYROX—especially those trying it for the first time. Women of all fitness levels came together for a fun, challenging, and supportive session. From strength circuits like deadlifts and squats to aerobic stations with rowers and assault bikes, everyone pushed their limits in a team-based format. It was a great way to sweat, connect, and experience the energy of HYROX!

PILATES & PASTRIES
We celebrated Girls Lift Girls’ first birthday with a relaxed beach hang, led by the wonderful Blair Lau from Flex Studio. The event kicked off with a 45-minute Pilates flow, followed by chilling out with fresh cookies and pastries from BB Cookie Club. It was a perfect mix of movement, sunshine, sweet treats, and great company. Everyone brought their positive vibes and enjoyed a laid-back celebration of community and wellness by the beach.
QUARRY GYM X GIRLS LIFT GIRLS: BUILT FOR EVERY BODY
april 5th
We had a great morning at The Quarry celebrating strength that’s truly built for everybody and every body. Max Woodward led a workout welcoming all levels—whether you’re experienced or just starting out—with options to make it work for you. One of the best moments was when about 20 of us tried the cold plunge for the first time, cheering each other on and sharing plenty of laughs. The recovery workshop was a good reminder that rest matters just as much as training.
STRENGTH IN EVERY CHAPTER: IWD 2025
We came together to celebrate International Women’s Day with a morning full of inspiration, movement, and connection. The event explored strength in all its forms—physical, mental, and emotional—across the different stages of a woman’s life. Our panel shared personal stories that resonated with everyone, followed by a fun partner workout focused on teamwork and encouragement. The morning wrapped up with coffee, pastries, and plenty of great conversations. It was a meaningful way to celebrate resilience, growth, and community.
