Girls Lift Girls in Sydney is one of our most often SOLD OUT EVENTS in Australia!
It is an empowering community where women of all fitness levels come together to train, socialise and become stronger together.
We often team up with Crossfit 168 to bring together girls across the city!
We educate, train and celebrate one another, focusing on what our bodies can do & creating an uplifting,
inclusive space where everyone lifts - and lifts each other up.

girls lift girls triple sweat — sydney
girls lift girls brought triple sweat to sydney for a sold-out morning of movement, community and connection, with 55 women coming together to train, sweat and support one another.
the session was designed to bring women of all abilities together in a fun and inclusive training environment, with challenging workouts, plenty of encouragement and the energy that comes from training alongside a room full of like-minded women.
from the first rep to the final sweat, the morning was a celebration of strength, confidence and community — proving that training together makes everything a little more fun.
55 girls, one sold-out event and a whole lot of sweat.

girls lift girls brought the community together at crossfit 168 marrickville for strength in every chapter, a celebration of the different stages, seasons and experiences that shape women throughout their fitness journeys.
alongside a community workout, the event featured an inspiring panel conversation exploring strength beyond the physical, from changing goals and overcoming challenges to building confidence and finding a healthy relationship with training.
it was an opportunity to connect, learn from women with different experiences and celebrate the idea that there is no one way to be strong.
